Product Description
The Fire Brigades come in action not only in case of fire or road accident, but also by chemical problems, flood or any possible disaster. The Schlingmann TLF16/25 (TLF = Tankl?chfahrzeug - Water tender), built on a "Daimler Chrysler MB Atego 1529 AF" base, bridges the time until the regular water supply is ready, or is used as a shuttle to bring water to remote places without water adduction. Conforming to the norm, the water tanks carries at least 2400 litres, which are fed to a 10bar high pressure pump delivering 2000 litres par minute. The 279 HP engine coupled to an all-wheel transmission helps reaching easily the least accessible parts of the forests. The TLF16/25 is fitted for a large variety of tasks, not only fire interventions or road accidents; beside the usual hardware, it carries specialised appliances.
